As many of you know, I suffer from a rare genetic illness called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, or EDS. This is a painful illness that can cause dislocations of various joints, tears in ligaments, tears in major arteries (which can lead to an early death), and more problems. My medications cost me so much money, that every month, my little family and I live pay-check to pay-check, and since my husband lost his job just before the holidays, we hope you can find it in your hearts to donate even just pocket change, this can help so much. Right now, we have no health insurance due to said job loss, and my gigs are few and far between this time of year.
I wear a pain patch that costs over $900 a month without insurance, and with a zero income, we are afraid that I will go without, and end up going through the horrible pain I suffer without it. Please help if you can.
After we have insurance settled, and my husband is back working again, I will use this donation page to fund a dream of mine. I want to create a place where people with all types of illnesses can connect without fear of being undermined.
I also want to create a photography series, maybe even a book of my photography with other strong women who have survived unfathomable pain and made it through despite the odds. As we are Warriors against our own illnesses.

Thank you so much!
